ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS REGISTRATION AND EXAMINATION SCHEDULE FOR 2010 PLEASE FOLLOW DATES & INSTRUCTION TO AVOID LATE PAYMENT SURCHARGES 1. REGISTRATION AND ENROLLMENT: Monday 17 to Sunday, May 23, 2010 (Registration forms have been e-mailed students to all students at your assigned E-mail ID by the University. Incase of any query you may contact the Communication Center).
2. COLLECTION OF INVOICES: Tuesday , May 18, 2010 onwards
5. CLASS COMMENCEMENT:
Monday, August 02 , 2010 11. PRESENTATION WEEK: Monday, October 25, to Sunday, October 31, 2010 12. PREPARATION WEEK: Monday, November 01, to Sunday November 07, 2010 13. CLEARANCE SLIP: Thursday, November 04, to November 06, 2010 14. FINAL EXAM: Monday, November 08, to Sunday November 14, 2010 15. RESULTS: Three days after conducting the respective examination IMPORTANT NOTE 1. Student are requested to fill the Registration From and clear their dues as per dates mentioned above this will help the administration to Finalize the courses fro FALL 2010 Term. 2. Once the registration form is filled and SUBMITTED, a student is considered registrered. if at a later date student the semester. the student has to write an application to the Registrar (within due date) otherwise Grade 'F'' will be AWARDED on the transcript again the courses for which the student was enrolled. 3. All Assignment/ Projects Presentations should be completed before final Examination. 4. There Will be no make-up-mid-term exam. Absentness in Mid-term will get ZERO mark. 5. 100% Attendance is a must however in extreme genuine maximum of 2 leave can be granted on the written application supported with evidence please. No relaxation in addition will be given under any circumstances. 6. 'I' Grade Application are to be submitted within 3 days of the conduct of respective paper. 7. Re-checking applications should be submitted within 3 days of the declaration result.

ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS
SUBJECT: STUDENTS' ATTENDANCE UPDATION
The examination department has checked and audited students' attendance record for Spring 2010 term from March 29, 2010 to May 30, 2010 (1st phase). The updated attendance report can be viewed on the monitor placed at
examination department In the 2nd phase, (from June 1,2010 to June 27, 2010), the audited report will be available by June 28, 2010 and for correction (if any) of 2nd phase attendance you may contact us before June 30, 2010. After this no record will be changed for the 2nd phase attendance. The clearance slips for the final Examination will be issued on July 1, 2010. To avoid any inconvenience, pleas follow the above dates.
